Organizing for Phase 5

This brief workshop helps the CTC Board shift from planning to implementation, and to organize its workgroups to oversee all aspects of the CTC effort in Phase 5.

Implementation Planning Workshop

This workshop is designed for the workgroup overseeing program implementation, and the agency directors and supervisors who will oversee the programs. It helps them to develop detailed implementation plans to deliver each program with fidelity.

Evaluation Planning Workshop

This workshop is for the workgroup overseeing monitoring and evaluation of the action plan and its programs. It helps participants to develop detailed program monitoring plans, and also to plan for community-level evaluations every 2 years.

Funding Workshop

This 2-session workshop helps the Funding Workgroup to develop a strategic funding plan to support the Community Action Plan and the CTC effort.

Systems Change Workshop

This brief workshop helps the CTC board to understand systems change opportunities, and to decide how to use them to support the Community Action Plan.

Monitoring Program Implementation Workshop

This workshop is for staff and supervisors of Action Plan programs & policies, and members of the workgroup overseeing implementation. Participants learn how to use program monitoring tools to ensure fidelity and quality delivery, and develop a schedule for completing them.

Milestones & Benchmarks Review Workshop

This brief workshop helps the board check progress using the CTC Milestones & Benchmarks. They celebrate accomplishments, identify benchmarks that need work, and plan to address them in order to maintain a successful CTC effort.
