Q: Can a license be transferred to someone else if the licensed staff member leaves?

A: Yes, please contact us with the name and email address of the new staff member and the name of the person relinquishing access.

Q: I bought a license; but I have not gotten login information, what should I do?

A: Search your email for ggc4kids and look in both your spam/junk folders. I you still can’t find you login contact us – a staff member will be able to help you.

Q: We are already implementing GGC in our community, but we have some questions. Who can help us with them?

A: Each month either a GGC Community of Practice session or Open Office hours are held for questions. If you are not receiving emails about those sessions or have an emergent question, please contact us and a GGC Specialist will get back to you.
