 icipated ways. REM is a way to capture these benefits of programs while ha

 benefit – participants enjoy the REM process and often get re-engaged an
 d excited about their work. It’s a great way for a group to come togethe
 r and celebrate their collective work. Come learn the basics of REM to see

 uct it on your own.\n\nFACILITATOR\nDebra Hansen\, MA is a Professor and C
 ounty Extension Director at Washington State University with a bachelor’
 s degree in advertising from Utah State University and a master’s degree
  in adult education from Penn State University. Debra focuses on Community
  and Economic Development in rural Stevens County. Debra is a border colli
 e personality that works to leverage community partnerships to solve diffi
 cult issues. She is one of the original architects of Ripple Effects Mappi
 ng\, developed in 2008\, an evaluation technique for discovering outcomes 
 in complicated community and organization work. She loves to ripple map pr
 ojects and groups and teach others how to use the tool. She co-authored th
 e Field Guide to Ripple Effects Mapping\, several scholarly articles\, and
