DESCRIPTION:RECORDING\nSLIDES \nRural and Tribal Communities are often und
 erserved and under resourced. In this presentation you will hear about les
 sons learned and obstacles overcome in this important and valuable work of
  how this CTC Coalition in Eagle Butte\, South Dakota has leveraged these 
 obstacles to create a thriving youth serving coalition.\nOBJECTIVES\nParti
 cipants will be able to:\n\n 	Participants will learn about challenges of 
 installing and implementing the Communities That Care framework in a rural
  community.\n 	Participants will be introduced to strategies for engaging 
 local strengths to build a successful Communities That Care effort in a ru
 ral community.\n 	Participants will be provided examples of various approa
 ches used to establish an engaged and evolving Communities that Care proce
 ss in a rural community.\n\nFACILITATORS\nJaylynn Farlee is a passionate a
 dvocate and leader\, serving as the Director of the Keya Foundation Inc. a
 nd the Coordinator of their Communities That Cares Coalition. These two or
 ganizations are instrumental in providing support and resources to the mem
 bers of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe community. Through her dedication a
 nd commitment\, Jaylynn works to uplift and empower individuals\, fosterin
